Chrome shelves and enamel pans are cleaned in a hot tank in the van using a degreasing chemical agent to thoroughly cleanse. They are then rinsed and wiped before being relocated back in your shiny new-looking oven.

These ovens consist of self-cleaning panels, which are designed to burn off the grease and grime, but not all ovens are able to reach the very high temperature required for this to occur.
